This contract applies to the person or institution purchasing/using product referred to as 'You' and the artist further called 'Me'.Please read my TOS carefully before you choose to Commission my work. By sending a request, You Agree to the Terms & Conditions below:
GENERAL:
You must be 18+ to commission me.
Please provide clear references, notes, and any details you want included before I start.
I may decline projects if they don’t fit my style, workload, or comfort zone.
Harassment, rude behavior, or spamming messages will result in termination of the commission without refund.
WHAT I WILL / WON'T DRAW:
✔ Human characters, OC designs, Furry characters, cute or cool aesthetics, light fantasy elements, animals (horses, cats etc.)
✘ Loli/shota, mecha, muscular characters (yet), excessive gore, political/war, AI/NFT-related work
PAYMENT:
Prices are in USD. Payment via Ko-fi or PayPal invoice only! No other services!
50% deposit required to begin, 50% before delivery of final files in case of a payment plan.
Any additional charges such as design modification fees after agreed changes, will be charged immediately and expected to be paid in full at that time.
Payment is considered as completed only when total amount received on my Paypal account is equal to the full payment amount in USD.
All payments are final. By commissioning me, you agree not to request chargebacks. Any chargeback will void your rights to the work, and you will be blacklisted from future commissions.
PROCESS AND TIMELINE:
Depending on the complexity and my waitlist queue, turnaround can be anywhere from 1 week to 6 months per purchase. Expect longer wait times for VTuber packages.
Updates will be shared at key stages (sketch, line, color, rigging- check if applicable).
Please plan model debuts or launches with buffer time. I cannot guarantee “release-day deadlines” without a rush fee.
If given a deadline, I will determine before the commission begins if I can complete your request.
There is a NDA fee of +$30 USD if I cannot publicly post the product until 1 month after delivery.
RUSH ORDERS:
Rush fees apply for projects with tight deadlines (+15–75% of commission price depending on time). For example a 2 week deadline may be +40%, while a 3-day deadline may be +70%.
Please discuss deadlines with me before commissioning.
REVISIONS:
One major revision is included at each stage (sketch/lineart).
Small adjustments are fine, but large changes outside the scope may cost an additional extra +$20-$50 USD fee.
After final approval, only small fixes will be made within a week's time.
For Skeb commissions, there will be no revisions and you agree to accept the final product by sending your request.
DELIVERY:
Files are delivered digitally (PNG/PSD for Art, Ready-To-Use files for Rigs).
Keep backups!! Once delivered, I am not responsible for file loss.
RIGHTS AND USAGE:
I retain copyright and the right to post work in my portfolio/socials.
Do not edit, alter, or recolor my work without permission, except for minor adjustments like cropping or resizing for icons. Please credit me (i.e. Twitter: @venydetta) whenever the artwork is posted publicly.
PERSONAL use includes things like Icons, Banners, Overlays, and Posting Online with proper credit.
LIMITED COMMERICAL Rights: +100% fee for individuals, +200% fee for companies. This includes use in Monetized projects, Promotional material, VTuber Assets, or any situation where you earn money using the art.
FULL COMMERICAL Rights: +200% fee for individuals, +300% fee for companies. These specific rights are applied for the right to use art for merchandise and everything mentioned in limited.
Redistribution, resale, AI training, NFTs, blockchain use, or any present or future inventions in the space is strictly forbidden.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:
Before work starts: full refund available.
After sketching begins: partial refund available (70%).
After lineart/coloring: no refunds.
If I must cancel due to personal reasons, you’ll get a full or partial refund depending on progress. I have the right to cancel and refund your commission request at any time.
I will refund your rush fee if the final product is not completed before your requested deadline.
By purchasing my art you agree to my full TOS!

GENERAL INFO:
My models come with a detailed separation. I don't separate extra layers after the model has been delivered. I do, however, fix mistakes that I may have made and haven't noticed before delivering.
Estimated delivery time DOES NOT include time for revision
Make sure you have a detailed reference of your character before commissioning a model from me. I won't sketch/add new things that aren't included in the design you provide, unless you agree to pay extra design assistance fee.
You can order add-ons at another time! ( i.e. animal ears / another outfit / Vbridger bundle / etc. )
BE AWARE:
There are certain reasons I may not accept your commission. Some reasons may or may not be:
1) Very complex rigging request
2) Too many toggles (2+ hairstyles / 2+ outfits / lots of accessories / etc.)
